The Airbus A380 is the world’s biggest passenger plane and the first complete “double-decker”.

The superjumbo is almost as long as a football pitch, can fly 14 hours non-stop with 555 passengers and dwarfs a 747 jumbo.

It will have shops, gyms, a casino – and even a McDonald’s. Singapore Airlines aims to have it in service by 2006.

Should be interesting to see how they design the deep fryer.....

I'd rather just have more legroom.

Sing with me:
"McDonalds... on a jet plane. I don't know when I'll be back again...Oh babe I hate to go..."

John Denver anyone?

Hear, Hear!

Saw a picture in a Russian Magazine that scared me about our potential future for air travel...............The plane had hand straps for those passengers who purchased SRO tickets

I've flown Singapore Airlines before. The service is fantastic and the food is pretty good. Why sully it with a McD's? Put in a swanky lounging bar!!

How about more leg room and larger restrooms? A McDonalds won't do me any good, I haven't ate at one in close to 4 years.

Hah! I knew you'd say that- we've had this conversation before.
Okay, then- a Taco Establishment that merits your approval. (I have a pretty good idea what your response to that would be... :D ).

Roberto's for wonderful fish tacos. How do they get the fish to bend that way?
