The next D23 "Expo" is Sept 2011

It's called "Destination D" and is focoused on Disneyland's 55th birthday!

The inaugural Destination D, whose theme is "Disneyland '55," will be held this September 24-25. Destination D: Disneyland '55 will take D23 Members on a journey through the design, creation, debut and magical history of the world's first Disney theme park.

Too bad it's a year and a half away.....

:('Destination D' is THIS year - September 2010. It would be kind of silly to celebrate Disneyland's 55th birthday when the park is 56.

The next EXPO is in 2011.
