I just discovered the schedule for the FREE Grand Performances in DTLA. We went to a few of these last year and it was wonderful (and free). It is also Metro-close, so it makes it easy to train to and from. There are a few Do Not Miss listings here.

Of course, I kinda want to see Sergio Mendes and Morcheeba at the Hollywood Bowl on the 31st - but non-stop Bhangra is still very tempting, especially for free
