Thank you everyone!
I had a pretty good day, had to work but went out for steak dinner at the Outback with my wife afterwards.
The real party starts on Friday (my daughter's Birthday). I'm taking the day off of work and my mom and I are going to DL for lunch, then to the Walt Disney Studios in Burbank with D23 for the Tribute to Roy Disney! I've always wanted to go onto the studios lot, one day I'd like to take the tour though. I'm looking forward to it!!
Then the party continues on Saturday (my mom's birthday) with my mom and daughter having dinner at Fire & Ice at Gardenwalk followed by a movie.

Happy Belated B'day.
Sorry for the tardiness, I've been AFK.
My inner geek died. I had to look up AFK. I thought it was something dirty at first...
Thanks again, guys! The fun is on, no work for three days and fun stuff planned! :D

And thank you for the belated greetings!
The celebrating continues! Last night was wonderfull! Walking around on the Disney Studios lot, eating "Walt's Chili" in the commissary, watching films in the studio theater, and attending the dedication of the animation building to Roy Disney. I also met Bob Igor and got him to sign my program! :snap:

Did you remember to get a booster shot afterwards? ;)
(Happy belated, RS!)

Booster shot?
For protection against Igor, or the Chili? ;)
Dinner and movie was fun last night! Fire & Ice was good. Just stay away from ordering drinks. I ordered a $6.95 Margarita and the server asked which Taquilla I wanted and listed some off. I chose Patrone and *CHACHING!* without warning it became a $12.95 Margarita! (I really don't order alcohol when out, so I was unaware of this sneaky practice) The bill that started out as a $30 for a three people meal, adding an appetizer and two drinks, not to mention the 18% gratuity added automatically (and the service was slow, I had to ask again for the appetizer after we were half done with the meal!), and tax, ended up at $75!
And "Kick Asz" was better than I thought it would be!
