Acrobat Form Email Question

I have created a form in Acrobat. I clicked on distribute and entered in my email address to test the form and it seemed to work fine.

I need to change the email to another person's address now and that screen doesn't come back up again. I've searched help and couldn't find the answer.

Any chance one of you knows how to do this?

I need to change the address associated with distribution so when the receiver of the form submits it, it's sent to a different email address.
