We have a drive-through dairy store (http://www.hmdb.org/PhotoFullSize.asp?PhotoID=86273) near here. It sells dairy, eggs, baked goods, and snack items. You drive up, tell them what you want, and drive off with your stuff.
Here's (http://www.ksl.com/?nid=148&sid=1348764) a more complete grocery concept.

You don't have to pay?! What a deal! ;)

Everything is free at a drive thru, if you drive thru fast enough.

Be careful what you say, Tref!
I remember small drive thrus in L.A., where my sister lived. We'd pull through for milk/bread. Can't remember what else. Here in San Diego, I personally only knew of one. Long gone, I'm sure.
Would be nice on days I am sick and need some basic items....

I remember a drive through liquor store in Panama City, Fla. Loved that place.
