I thought there was a thread for this, but UTL.
Post your favorite internet time wasters (besides LoT). A friend pointed me to WolframAlpha (http://www.wolframalpha.com/), which is a "Computational Knowledge Engine." There are a lot of things to keep you amused, including looking up when your own name was most popular (http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=Kevin&t=ff3tb01) (I am at the peak of the bell curve) or facts about comparing two stocks (http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=Microsoft+Apple) (I was rather intrigued comparing the financial information of Apple vs. Microsoft).
What cool sites do you have?

I can barely keep up with the 2 boards I read plus facebook. If I need to waste time, I catch up on my crafty blogs.

There is a live webcam (http://www.ustream.tv/channel/live-iss-stream) on the International Space Station. How did I not know that?
It's even more fun if you can see exactly where it is. (http://iss.astroviewer.net/)
In fact look: It's you! (For those of you who live in the greater LA area anyways)

Spent about 20 minutes trying to cross reference with Google Maps satellite view to figure out what the cool looking glass building here (http://btlondon2012.co.uk/pano.html?view.hlookat=81.2507&view.vlookat=10.0610&view.fov=12.0438&imarkerath=81.2507&imarkeratv=10.0610) is, only to finally realize that it's a dirt lot still on Google Maps.

It's a new multi-use building called the "Park House (http://www.buildington.co.uk/new_developments/london_w1/453-497_oxford_street/park_house/id/474)"
I looked it up in google earth, as you say it's a dirt lot but street view had images of it including one that showed a sign with the name of the construction company "Mace". From there a little Google-Foo lead to the building.
Yeah, this thread is living up to it's name today.
