from rightwingwatch.org (http://www.rightwingwatch.org/content/mat-staver-accuses-obama-backing-forced-abortion-funding-and-forced-homosexuality)
The link above contains the audio recording of the conversation as well as a transcript which I have included below. The emphasis is mine.
Schneider: Last Friday the Obama administration announced some new rules that now would require colleges and universities to provide their student health care plans covering female students in the US, that they would have to include coverage for free voluntary sterilization surgery and then also said that further women of college age who don’t attend college, don’t attend school, they also would get this free sterilization coverage whether they are insured through an employer, their parents, some form of government subsidized plan. Mat, how much further is this going to go?

Staver: What we have is a president and an administration that he has gathered that is the most radical, ideologically-driven administration in American history and the ideology is very much pro-abortion and pro-homosexual rights and that trumps everything, it seems to trump the economy, it trumps national security. Of all the myriad of things that the president and the administration could be working on to make America a better place, to bring more jobs and so forth, they are working on these kinds of micromanagement things to push a very radical agenda that is anti-life and anti-liberty. It’s to not just satisfy the radical fringe that supports this administration but it is to satisfy the ideology that comes with this administration, it is part and parcel of what they believe and who they are. In terms of where the end is, nothing should shock anybody at this stage in terms of where this will be going. It is in-your-face forced abortion funding, in-your-face forced homosexuality and in-your-face a deconstruction of moral principles.I can sorta kinda almost see his point about forced abortion funding, but forced homosexuality!?! How does a person come to that conclusion? Are people really that out of touch with reality?

Most doctors won't sterilize a woman of typical college age. I believe the standard is under 35 and unmarried = not gonna get the surgery.

And how can people pushing for forced, unnecessary medical procedures complain about government intervention? And passing laws that require doctors to lie about abortion causing breast cancer?

Sigh.

After reading the NOM disclosures today all I can think is I wonder who set this outrageous accusation in motion so that all the tools can play their kabuki parts, responding with the expected outrageous response, so that we can all be happy that we feel superior to those that disagree with us.

As opposed to dealing with our differences in any kind of rational way. Both sides demonize the other, which goes nowhere.

I'm sorry, but calling out the far right insanity for what it is is not "demonizing", it's telling the truth. I'm so tired of that false equivalency. Yes, some on the left have said some horrible things, but it doesn't number even 1% of the bat-sh!t crazy nastiness coming from the right.

God, I hope we have an agenda of forced deconstruction of moral principals. We could use a lot more of that.

BOTH sides are guilty.

I shouldn't be making personal attacks. This post should have read:

Anyone who thinks the right is evil and the left are angels is a blind, stupid dumb-fvck. BOTH sides are guilty.

Because if one side refused to engage, the other side would corner the market on stupid people, whose vote unfortunately carries the same weight as everyone else's.

(okay, not unfortunately in the sense that it is the very foundation of our nation's political philosophy, but unfortunately in the sense that it perpetrates this kind of political douchebaggery.)

Go read the NOM strategy against gay marriage. They are BANKING on people coming out swinging against the far right insanity. They know damn well that if they prod people to say outrageous things on one side, it will result in people saying outrageous things on the other side, and create a national shouting match, which is exactly the environment that leads to extremists getting their way.

Sickening that it's come to that.

Where did I say the left were angels? The left are certainly not angels, but the right is far, far, FAR worse. I can list the liberal sh!t flingers on one hand. To count the one on the right would take an adding machine!

There are blow-hards on both sides in not disparate quantities.

I see absolutely no equality in numbers (and especially not in degree) between the two. We'll just have to agree to disagree.

Well, call me a blind fvcking moron, 'cause I just don't hear the kind of vitriol from non-conservatives that I hear from Coulter, Limbaugh, Beck, Hannity, O'Reilly, Savage, Malkin, Breitbart, Fox News, KFI, KFWB - please stop me when your list of left wing attack dogs reaches this level of blanket coverage and influence.
