I wonder if this is fictional. I know Walt did work at the factory washing the jelly jars (that's info at the Walt Disney Family museum).

Very cool!

This is great that Elias' dream can finally come true! Though, I realize his dream was most likely to make a lot of money for his family and secure their future. At least he got to see Walt and Roy get that started before he passed.
