Ah. A day off. Yes, it would depend on where I would be but what I like to do is read. Sleep. Take a walk. See if there is anything good on t.v. Go shopping. Get a coffee. Clean out my closet.
Oh gawd. Yes, I am boring.
Ooo! If I were really adventurous, I'd pack a lunch and head out to Old Town or Balboa Park. And just go at my pace.
I hope you have fun whatever it is you do.
Go wander thru the local Barnes and Nobles....have brunch with a friend (hopefully someone else has the day off with you)....just spend the day on "me"....we all deserve "me" days!

Right now? Try to sleep past 9, 'cause I desperately need it. Then spend the day finishing the copious little projects that still need to be done for The LoT.
Assumint I didn't have that to do, sleep is still #1. Then probably lots of video games.

Definitely cool my heels here for a bit. Bust my conk on board jazz. But first I'd catch some cups before noon. (cups = sleep, that's a weird one so I thought I'd say as much ;) )
Then, put some tunes on my iPod. Dig.

I got to pick up The Boy from school...fighting. So anything you do will be better than that!!
Now he is going to be stuck watching the extended version of LOTR: RotK while helping me clean the living room.

Disneyland. Cocktial hour. Play games. Play on computer....Wait a minute! That's what I do DO. Damn no job. I'm actually getting restless so I'll be happy when school starts. I got to get it all in now, cuz soon there will be "No time for love, Dr. Jones."

Well, I just got a call from the lady of leisure herself. She has taunted me with the sounds of the MK and the temptation of a dole whip.
Yes, it is a beautiful day here, but I am doing laundry, dishes, straightening, cleaning walls, lots of fun stuff. I am NOT at DL eating dole whip. Hrmph!
Mmmmm......Dole Whip. It's been so long.......

Sleep is my priority for any free time that might come my way.

I still have heaps of leave owing (even after a month off work - I can't believe it either:p ), so I'm thinking of taking the odd Friday off during the year. High on my list of day off activities would be: sleeping in, a nice breakfast somewhere (even if I just buy nice stuff to have at home with a good coffee), maybe some guilty pleasure DVD or movie watching, a massage or facial and some shopping/browsing:)
