This is probably only relevant to anyone in the Southern California area, and even then, it's fairly late notice, but I just found out today that the official "Lost" convention is being held this weekend, June 11 and 12, at the Burbank Airport Hilton Hotel from 1pm to 7pm each day. Guests of note are the actors who play Hurley, Danielle, Ethan, Claire and Jack's dad. General admission tickets are $20 per day. Higher level tickets are also available. I got a postcard in the mail saying I've won a free general admission ticket, so since I don't plan to go to the convention, anyone who wants to go for free and can produce a photo ID proving that they're me (with my maiden name) is welcome to my postcard. ;)

So now they're having conventions for shows that are only one season old?

Huge fan following, I think. That usually justifies it for these cultish shows. The unique thing about Lost is that it somehow manages to fee like a cult hit even though it's really just a hit.
I live in Burbank. But I'd only cough up $20+ if it meant I'd get close enough to Sawyer to be able to enhale his man musk scent.

Ah, "enhale".
Perhaps I meant a combination of engorge upon and inhale. Enhale. Heh.

Hey, I didn't even notice your typo. All I saw was "Sawyer" and then I was instantly distracted by the thought of him on the raft with no shirt...

Seriously, I don't normally go all wonky over men's bodies. I really don't. But there is something about J.H.'s back. And stuff. Yeesh.
