It appears as if Kerry has finally released many records he did not previously release (even though he said he had released them all, but that's another story.....). His grades from Yale. Turns out they were worse than GW Bush's.

Really, I have no problem with his grades. What I find funny is that he didn't release them because he wanted to be able to call Bush stupid (in an indirect way) based in part on the grades Bush got at Yale.

He told his dad the " 'D' stands for 'distinction' ". What a pompous ass!

Grades or not, Bush is not a smart man.

It would appear that the bulk of his bad grades came in his freshman year, and he later brought them up. I agree that harping on Bush's lack of intelligence makes him a fair target, but the article also makes it pretty clear that he was very active on campus, and he was chosen to be class orator. He is a pompous one, though. They both are. Spoiled little rich boys.

Bush also had better grades later in his college career. So did I.

I never knew Bush's college GPA before yesterday. I didn't care, and I still don't care. Grades aren't a measure of intelligence.

Mine actually went down. I cut LOTS of classes my last semester of college because I was just burned out.

When I run, I pledge to freely share my transcripts.

Of course, I consistently have an A/A- average.

Bush's obvious stupidity ("They are trained to disassemble. That means to lie.") is the least of our worries. What makes him so scary is his stubborn pride. Pride without achievement...is there anything more dangerous? I mean, yeah, he's achieved things, but only in the same way a two year old hits a baseball because his dad is the one doing the actual swinging. Ever see that? A little kid jumping up and down, bursting with pride because he hit the ball far with his dad's help? That's Bush.
