I'll cut and paste the same post I made in the "Daytime Track" thread.

There's a cast member on the Disneyland group in LiveJournal that says there's a day time AND night time track.

Check out the conversation here (http://www.livejournal.com/community/disneyland/202149.html)

Lift B's screens sounds like the coolest thing so far

It was so weird eating lunch at the Pizza Port patio yesterday thinking "There's a functioning coaster in there that we can't ride yet."

They were still doing painting out in the queue - some posts were taped off. There was also a big construction machine hanging out near the entrance...dunno what it was, didnt' take a long look, some kind of forklift/bulldozer thingy. Didn't see any activity.

I wonder how much of the effects are completely finished.

At this rate, I'd be surprised if Space isn't soft-opened for 4th of July weekend. A 2 week soft opening period is certainly not undheard of, and lord knows they'd be happy to have Space there to absorb some crowds during the busy weekend.

HEY! Whoa.

You're losing me with all this tech talk. :DHeehee. Yeah, I really didn't look at it, but it was worth mentioning, I guess.

I'm kinda surprised something that big was lingering around with all the previews they're doing.

I really don't want to hit the park that weekend. Yeech. But the prospect is definitely tempting.

I'm kinda surprised something that big was lingering around with all the previews they're doing. What was going on the other day may have been ride testing, not previews. So there may be at least one step in between what's already going on and a soft open.

Yeah, Eisner says sandbags are way too expensive these days. It's much easier to use CM's. :D

if it wasn't for the pesky government, cm's would be a hell of a lot cheaper then those expensive sand bags.

It says preview/testing. This isn't like, say, the ToT CM preview where they had tickets and could bring non-CMs with them. This is purely backstage, no "civilians". Not an official preview.

The piece of equipment we saw appeared to be some sort of lift. It was a little odd to see it just sitting there with nothing to obscure it from either the RRPP outside seating or the HISTA queue.

I suspect that they might be in a "do whatever it takes to get the damned ride open" mode. So, some shortcuts that normally would be verbottėn are probably now being overlooked.

Remember, they shaved four months off the original schedule.
