I'm getting scared. I know nobody really knows, but what are your thoughts on times to get there if you're not camping out. I was going to get there around 8am. (I'm NOT a morning person....well I just can't wake up easily early...LOL) However, now I'm having these thoughts of huge lines of cars waiting to get in the parking garage and people lined up down harbor waiting to get in the parks. Do you think it will be THAT bad. I tend to think of worse case....*sigh*

Well, I'll be working at the Grand Californian Hotel in the Acorns Gifts and Goods shop watching all the folks head on over to the parks for the celebration. I'm sure that it will be a bit on the quiet side in my shop with a couple of surges of people from time to time. I don't predict anything too out of the norm for my shop.
I'm thinking of going into the park after my shift to see some of the to do's and take a couple of pics for myself for memories sake. Might even go and get some of the "I was there!" merchandise if there is any left. As for rides, I think I'll pass on those. I can ride them later when the crowds are long gone after summer has passed.
This will be a very exciting day! Who knows what will happen, but it will be wonderful! Golden Days! :)

I don't know quite what my plans are, but I'm thinking of getting there early early, mostly because I figure if there was ever a day to let my Disney Geek shine, well -- this is going to be the day. I am far far farrr from a morning person, but the cars frighten me. I know I will have my friends not too far away, some of whome are staying at the hotels, so it makes the morning seem a little easier. I think I'm going to be packing caffeine. Mucho caffeino.
But then again, I might do it differently. Depends on whether we're operating on Plan A, or B... C, or D... E, or F.... Know what I mean?

We will be arriving around 3am. Won't be too bad for me because I am going to nap today. Matthew, on the other hand, works until 10:30 tonight. He will be dragging a bit more, I suspect. But we will be there and will keep an eye out for other early arrivals. We are all geeked up already:)
