Yes, the man who gave us Play Without Words, The Car Man, and whom re-envisioned Swan Lake, is now bringing us a stage adaptation of Edward Scissorhands (http://www.edwardscissorhands.co.uk/)! :D

I'm not positive, but I think this is going to be a ballet (I saw no credit for lyrics) rather than a musical. I can't wait for this to come to So Cal!

He mentioned this project when we saw him speak recently. I don't think he went into specifics about it, but it sounded really exciting. It's a great story for Bourne to choose.

Who is he anyway? He is the man who gave us Play Without Words, The Car Man, and whom re-envisioned Swan Lake. He also choreographed the current stage version of Mary Poppins.
