Seeing as I can just about walk there from work, it'd be silly for me to say no. Jen?

Jen?I'm not ignoring this, I'm thinking....I am unsure whether I want to do anything this weekend due to burnout from last week...especially if you guys are planning on seeing the 7pm show. I'd have to run over after work and I'm really sick of doing that. If it's the 9pm show, I'm totally up for it.

Hmmm, I think I can't answer right away - also suffering post-Disney burn out. Barrage was always fun though.

I'm a lump too.

Lump lump lump.

The only thing I require of next weekend is Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

Argh, still undecided. Were you planning on the late show?

Bwa??

I had no idea this would be here.

I happened upon Barrage by a happy accident on Wednesday, and those that haven't gone really should. I had no idea who they were beforehand, and was blown away by how fun the show really was.

And really, folks... You're only paying the price of admission to the fair, plus parking... WAY less than what you'd pay otherwise, plus, you get to gorge yourself on cotton candy, bad BBQ, and my new favorite -- DEEP FRIED AVOCADO -- which is actually pretty good, and not greasy.

(If you end up at the OCFair, and want the one I'm talking about, go to Baja Blues, which is on the North end of the fairground, really close to where the stage that Barrage is playing on is... and order the one that's on the right side of the menu panel, not the one on the left panel. Trust me. You'll thank me.)

Anyhow, I'm burning their CD. I had no idea who they were before this, and on the 20th, I was seeing them, not reading the boards... ;) GO GO GOOO!!!

They played at Disneyland a couple summers in a row, so most of us have seen them.

We're burnt. Chris more than me (but he has a job - think there's a connection?)

I really want to see Barrage again. But, I think I'm going to take care of myself tonight. I sure wish they were playing thru the weekend. :(

My first "big night out" will be to the land of the dead on Saturday.

Yeah, it seems lethargy is the order of the weekend. Although, part of my alternate plans is biking 10 miles, so I suppose I shouldn't feel too lazy.

Beyond that, though, I think a sit in a movie theater for Charlie may be in order (if not tonight, then a matinee tomorrow).
