Today's Lesson: It takes longer than you think it will to write something. Proofreading, fact checking, reworking...no matter how small the task, these things take time.

3 tsp of Hydrogen Peroxide makes doggies, who eat things they're not supposed to, puke. Frodo ate possibly poison mushrooms in my friends backyard today. I made him barf and fed him charcoal doggie treats. He's fine now.

When putting together dinner in a crockpot - before you leave the house - turn the crockpot on. Otherwise you're stuck with meat that has been sitting out on the counter all day - blech!

Homemade napalm, when enough is mixed to fill a 2" wide x 2" deep crack running the entire width of you street, will burn for approximately 30 minutes - not the two or three minutes you thought.
Lesson actually learned 25+ years ago, but it still holds true I would imagine

I learned that sometimes it is your destiny to sit in a dreary government building for 8 hours on a beautiful Saturday and discover how many people can't fill out a form without being babysat.

Even if your big male dragon has been pretending to be in an early hibernation for the past couple of weeks, he will not continue to pretend to be in an early hibernation if you put a female in with him, even if the female is slightly undernourished and needs some rest.
