Here are FOUR insightful quotes from Mother Teresa which seem fitting for all of us at Lounge of Tomorrow:

(1) "The more you have, the more you are occupied, the less you give. But the less you have the more free you are. Poverty for us is a freedom. It is not mortification, a penance. It is joyful freedom."

(2) "Little things are indeed little, but to be faithful in little things is a great thing."

(3) "I never look at the masses as my responsibility; I look at the individual. I can only love one person at a time - just one, one, one. So you begin. I began – I picked up one person. Maybe if I didn’t pick up that one person, I wouldn’t have picked up forty-two thousand…. The same thing goes for you, the same thing in your family, the same thing in your church, your community. Just being – one, one, one."

(4) "Speak tenderly to them. Let there be kindness in your face, in your eyes, in your smile, in the warmth of your greeting. Always have a cheerful smile. Don't only give your care, but give your heart as well."

Absolutely grand, brother. :)

Although I don't really know how number 1 applies to us. I don't see how we could be considered "in poverty". We have most of the amenities of other message boards, and anything else we're working on. And it really didn't cost too much either. ;) Perhaps later we'll request donations but for now we're fine.

But yeah, cool sentiment. :)
