I'll be in town Sunday April 9th 2006 and I'm hoping to meet up with a few Swank'ers.

Since I missed all the special Disneyland events last year, I thought I would plan one of my own for this year. Something to re-capture some of the magic that I missed but what could I do?? Taking over the carousel’s been done and apparently Cast Member Matt rejected my idea for a grand 50.66th bash. So what could I do? Then it hit me! I’ll setup the very first Disney geek meet without any Disney. Inspired I say!

So I would like to formally invite you to come along on a private VIP (http://themeparks.universalstudios.com/hollywood/website/tic_vip.html)tour of Universal Studios Hollywood on Sunday April 9th 2006. The event kicks off at 10:30 am and runs pretty much the rest of the day. Thanks to our inside connection (http://www.xenarchy.com/LoT/member.php?u=109)we are getting a special $99/pp rate (33% off!)

Just drop me a PM if you would like to join the tour and we will work out the details as we get closer.

Hope to see you in April.

My name is Moonliner and I approved this message.

I'm definitely looking forward to meeting some of you.

So besides the Mummy ride, what's new at USH in the last three years?

I will be there! I always asked for my own Moonliner for my birthday and, what do you know, it seems I'm getting it! YAY!

And, the EuroLounge will be open following the meet for cocktails and nosh.

Hey, who knew we had a calendar? Not me.

However I just noticed it and added Moonliners Daylight meet for April 9th of 2006 (not 2007 (http://www.loungeoftomorrow.com/LoT/showpost.php?p=54275&postcount=1)) ;)

OOO!!! We have been wanting to go to UHS. Would a certain overly tall 9 yr old be welcome, or would you prefer adults only?

If adults only it would not hurt my feelings at all.

ttthhhpppttt!!! Twerp! You know I was talking about Nickolas. Of course David has a tendency to act like a 9 yr old at times.

Nope I don't have any problems with kids as long as they are perfectly behaved, treat all adults with respect, make no sound whatsoever the entire day and clean up after themselves without being asked just like my kids would do. ;)

Ummm...we have the respect down, also he will clean up after himself (and others). As for the sound, if he is comfy and enjoying himself, he won't shut up. We would have about an 90% chance at being well behaved all day.

I guess that's a better percentage than some others that will be coming... :)

Ok, I talked to David last night and told him we were going to USH. He needed an excuse to get out of going to the fishing derby that weekend anyways, so now he has one. I also told him that Nick and I were going even if he decided not to. So you can count on 3 tickets here. You now have the token kid.
