The Gig
Dinner
The Grub
Chicken Florentine with grilled veggies.
The Scene
This place caught my eye driving between the hotel and the company I was working at while in Palo Alto. Designed like a 60's diner, with the sloped roof, rectangular footprint, plate glass windows facing the street lined with diner bench booth seating, and a bar layed out where you'd expect the counter service. But the decor was all warm and rich, really lovely.

The food was good, but nothing spectacular. My chicken florentine was flavored nicely, but the chicken was over done. The best part was actually the grilled veggies, cooked to perfection and lightly buttered. A decent wine list with good, if slightly limited, selection.
A really nice feature is the window garden out front. Bright green, very lush. A great view during your meal.

It was a nice evening, but eventually, it was time to for me to get my zucchini home.
