I really couldn't find a home for this type of thread, so here it lives.

I discovered the wonders of WD40 the other day. I have chairs with rubber feet that leave black residue on my hardwood floors. NOTHING would remove it. Then I happened to see a WD40 pen while standing in the hime depot checkout line. From the package copy, it seemed like it might work, and IT DOES! Put a little on the mark, wait a few minutes and wipe off with a paper towel. It's a miracle!

Who knew! I sure didn't, so I thought I'd share.

Any other miracles I'm missing? (I'm sure there are.)

I've mentioned it before, but it bares repeating...CD Scratch Remober (http://www.cdscratchremover.com/). Stuff's amazing, and one bottle has lasted me for almost a decade.

If I'm remembering correctly, you can also spray WD-40 on oil spots in your driveway and they will wash right off.

Those magic eraser cleaning sponge things will easily clean out even the most disgustingly splattered microwave.

My bathtub has some texture on the bottom that would just never come clean. The magic eraser sponge thingie took it right off.

What a list!

My personal favorite was "Spray on trees to prevent beavers from chewing on them." :)

And although I did a word search, apparently it will do nothing for your sphincter. Sorry, scaeagles.

This was my favorite -

Hmm. My bathtub is freakin' awful....the texture seems neigh impossible to clean, and I'm supposed to clean the bathroom today. I may have to run to the store.

Well, if anyone has a magic cure of a porcelin bathtum that is more porus than it should be and collects soap scum like I collect Disney, then please let me know. Then you can come over for a candillit soak in my HUGE tub!

Edit to add. Alone.
