Sounds great. I wish I could get past Alice In Wonderland from KH One (I suck at video games).

(I suck at video games).
Me, too! That's why I bought the strategy guide and cheated.
:D
The thing I liked about KH1 is that it had about 100 Disney characters in it. (I read that in a review, I didn't count...) That's unheard of from the studio that's so guarded and picky about everything when it comes to copyright stuff. The Japanese gaming company that developed it must have shelled out a decent sum to feature these characters.
Also, KH1 is surprisingly dark. It has Disney characters in it, but it's not all roses and sunshine. It's kinda morbid in places. I mean, at one point Pooh talks about disappearing forever. That's cool!
The detail in the first game is amazing. Fans made this game, not suits.
If anyone hasn't played it, they should.

EEEEeeeeeeee!!!! I must replay KH1 so that I can remember the story line. Mousepod, that part is nearly impossible without a walkthrough, IMO. Try gamefaqs.com.

My son has been counting down the days for over a week now. He started last year when it was supposed to be released and was very bummed out with the delay. So he's even more excited because it's spring break here so he has more time to tell me all about it and wait, very impatiently for the release tomorrow.
We live in a small town though so new releases don't always make it on time. He's already asking if we can drive up to 90 miles one way just so he can have it in the morning! You can't tell he's excited, huh?!
He loved the first one and has played it over again and again so I don't mind buying the new one for him. He finishes some games so fast it's cheaper to rent it once but I think he will play this one over and over.
I'm not very good at video games but KH1 was fun to watch sometimes and I loved the Disney characters.

Totally. The Bizarre Room is the key. There are so many entrances and exits that it gets very confusing.

That's how I justified it to myself to buy it Wednesday without feeling guilty.
:D
I've played the original at least 5 times all the way through. (Except I think I only beat Sephiroth twice...)

Well, he has completed the game in 20 hours!! Of course that was easy mode, now he's working on normal mode so he can unlock the special movie clip!
I loved the graphics, video games are amazing these days! I know I'm dating myself but I remember playing Pong with my brother and we thought that was cool!

Wow! That's fast. I dare not say how many hours I have been on my game.

Don't feel bad GC, he's an 8 year old video game/computer genius. He didn't even use cheat codes or a guide book because there isn't any yet!!
It would also appear he didn't do alot of the gummi ship level but he completed 85% of Jiminy Crickets journal! The game gives you some great statistics at the end. How much you completed, how many times Mickey has revived you, who you summoned the most and other cool stats.
