I actually think the guy is a bit of a jerk (unless everything was set up before hand, but based on the reactions I doubt it).
What if some old lady had a heart attack because she thought she was being robbed? I just found it to be rather tasteless.

Comical, but I see what you are saying about the prejudice. I thought it was funny a bit how they were scrambling.

Depends on the choice of "appearance". A stocking pulled over your face pretty much broadcasts your casting your lot with those that rob Quik-E-Marts. It may be an innocent choice (or to make a point) but still, that is the assumption people *will* make.
