That sucks. Sinus or tension or what?

Are you drinking water? You could be dehydrated.
Too much caffeine?
Too little caffeine?
Not enough sleep?
Stress?

Probably sinus. It's behind my eyeballs.

I'm guzzling water, I cut caffeine from my diet a few months ago but I'm thinking a Pepsi might be worth a shot. Sleep and stress are at the right levels.

I bet it's weather related.

Have you eaten today?

Yup. Breakfast and lunch.

I can't take anything stronger than Tylenol either :(

Probably sinus. It's behind my eyeballs.

Put your palms on your temples and squeeze your head. Seriously. It will only provide temporary relief, but that's better than nothing.

Tylenol Sinus seems to work for me on those kinds of headaches.

Lemme put it this way: if you don't have to be put on a government registry for your Sinus meds... you're taking the wrong stuff.

Go find yourself some off-Brand (like Target's Equiline or whatever they named it) Sinus stuff with Pseudo-Ephedrine in it. I think the Target Brand just calls it "non-drying sinus". Good stuff.

Otherwise, stick a dish cloth in the freezer for a few then lay it across the back of your neck.

{{{HUGS}}} and I'm not sure what the sign is for this--> so I'll send {{{Temple Squeezes}}}}!

I know all too well the joy of migraines and sinus headaches. :( Many times for migraines I would end up in the Doctor's office receiving an injection of Phenergan (for the nausea) and Demerol (for the blazing pain). I would be near absolute tears until I'd eventually fall asleep after the shot. I've been put on so many different migraine medications and never had much luck. However, tap on wood, I have been doing well for the past few years! I PRAY TO GOD I don't get one anytime soon! I've suffered with them since I was a little girl. I've had the auras, the nausea, the sensitivity to light, and in the most extreme case, black-outs.

Mine were mostly sinus related. However, I pop Sudafed like they were tic-tacs so that may be why the migraines have been kept at bay. My heart is about to explode right out of my chest, but damn if I haven't been headache free since '04! :p :( ;)

Hope you feel better soon. The weather's changing over to summer, so you might be right about that. Caffeine will sometimes help, even if it's not a caffeine-withdrawal headache.

Thanks everyone. I take zyrtec which normally works but every so often I'll get a sinus headache.

I can't take anything other than Tylenol at the moment. Dr. orders. It went away thank goodness!

And I have another one complete with burning eyes.

:( It's going to be a long summer.

Just remember, amputation can cures all pains.

Just remember, amputation can cures all pains.

One of my close friends always says "the only solution is amputation from the neck down" :decap:

I wonder if anyone would notice if I left. Oops, wrong thread.

I think the culprit is the dust and pollen floating around. Stupid pollen.

Wicked, bad, evil, naughty pollen!

Well, if you take anything for it, look at the bottle first. :)
