AMAZING ESP TEST (http://sprott.physics.wisc.edu/pickover/esp.html) The rest of the site was kind of cool too...
It really is amazing how acurate it is isn't it =) (I know that it will be very hard for some not to spoil it though)
What is an amazing bit of ESP is that as soon as I saw the subject line I knew what the test would be. But it is always interesting to see how someone else presents it.

My favorite part of the site is the long "explanations" page, where tons of dodos share their theories on how it "works". I can't decide whether to laugh or cry.

I chose cry.
I spent an hour trying to explain how it worked to someone. they still didnt get it. sadly it was someone I always thought was fairly intelligent.

Maybe it's because my sinuses are clogged and I'm hopped up on sudafed, but I don't get why it works. Though I acknowledge that it got me every time.

Here's the trick:
none of the cards on page 1 appear on page 2 - you see 1 fewer card on page 2 and your card's not there, so you're fooled - for a minute.
works every time.

This is one of the first interactive "tests" I ever took on the 'net, years ago. Thanks for the memory lane trip :)

Ah yes, an oldie but goodie.
And I concur, MP, those "explanations" are quite entertaining...and yet painful to read.
