It's too hot to be alive. I walked out my door today and my arm hair went up in flames. My arms are completely bald thanks to the blistering sun. This brownish color to my skin isn't a tan, I actually got cooked a bit. My Google weather says it's 104, but I'm pretty sure that's Celsius, as it was at least 175 Fahrenheit earlier today.

So I'm heading to arctic climes. My cold weather gear will keep me comfy and I can make snow angels all day long. I can live in one of those domes like the scientists do. If I get hungry I'll just roast up a penguin, or maybe a seal if I have a lot of people over for a dinner party.

It's been nice knowing you guys, perhaps I'll visit for a bit of warm weather in the winter. Who knows, maybe the south pole has satellite internet. If it does, I'll be sure to post pics of myself staying nice and cool while you guys are swallowed alive by this furnace that some call "summer."

No dice. Thanks to global warming, it's hot there, too. Sorry, tracilicious. :D

Come over to my part of the world (http://www.cnn.com/2006/WEATHER/06/28/east.flood/index.html), temps are running well below average here.

Traci, after all her hair has been singed off, dressed in stylish KoL extreme cold weather gear.

My computer is idling at 18 degrees celsius - I wish our home A/C worked as well as my computer cooling system.

Shall we relocate our entire LoT commune to a more temperate climate then? Capt. Jack, you are in charge of building our housing. Coastermatt, you make the ice sculptures. :p

The PNW, although it can be a bit soggy at times, is normally a good choice. However, due to Al Gore, it is experiencing strange and extreme temperature fluctuations and is currently only slightly less hair-singeingly hot than where Traci resides. I am starting to think that Canada* might be more hospitable.

*Of course, that could be the Molson influencing my thought processes.

The PNW would be good for me, I love the rain and damp. But, comitted (or is that should be comitted) to the home turf. I looked at the weather the other day, a balmy 63 and windy, sigh, I can hardly wait.......right now, it's 89 and humid and hell here (and has been for the last 2 weeks) without the AC while packing, I'd have been a dead and melted snowflake

Well, sure, on the wrong half of the state it's hot. Here in the proper half, it's quite nice right now.

Been there, done that, my sympathies to anyone still doing that exact thing.

And parade folks? My extreme sympathies.

Not until August. We already had our June fluke.

Plus, it never gets traciliciousland-hot here. Ever. Not even under Al Gore's global warming. :p
