Lisa, I expect you'll have the entire household saying "Mama"
in no time.

I remember seeing a cat that said "yum yum yum" while it ate on Letterman's Stupid Pet Tricks. It was freaky.

Scoundrel said, very clearly and precisely, Hello. It was after we had returned from a vacation. We both just stared at him in awe. He hasn't said much since.

We're working on Samwise. We figure we'll have him saying 'Mama' by......never. He just gives us that 'go away, you're bothering me' look.

If you like that, you'll probably also appreciate Cats Carrying Fish (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G_7n34fiB1Q).

I've seen Scoundrel lift twice as much carrying one of my shoes. :)

My cats are total pussies. They couldn't lift a sock to save their lives.

Maleficent often mutters "Mama". It's actually one of the cute things she did to adopt me. She was in the cage at the adoption center, stuck out her front paws, pulled my hand to the cage when I held it up at her, and then head butted the bars and said, "Mama", and then proceeded to lick my hand. I was hers 10 minutes later after I filled out some paperwork. ;)
I'll try to catch it on video sometime. She says it almost every day, at least once.

Talking cats and super heavy weight cats? That's INCREDIBLE! (Do I sound like that old show?)
Meanwhile, my cat is just a big whiny brat that doesn't lift a paw unless I hand it to her.
