Happy 51st, babe. Sorry I can't be there, work you know. Call me, we should do lunch.
Oh, one thing, now that you're in your 50s, I know you want to drive a little faster, hang out with kids that can get you into trouble - just remember, we love you, and when you're ready to calm down we'll still be here.
Have a cupcake for me (carbs!), don't drink too much!

Thank you SO much, Disneyland, for being such a sweet part of my life -- and now a sweet part of my hubby's life as well. See you next year -- but hopefully before your 52nd!!:snap:

Call me, we should do lunch.
Funny you should say that, I was there for lunch. Had Bangle B-B-Q because they may close in the future. The CM that served me wished me a Happy Birthday, a nice touch. And the only way, other than the buttons the CMs wore, that I could tell it was going on. But I missed the morning and evening cerimonies as I was only there for 1 1/2 hrs for lunch.

Happy 54th! So, it's not your best summer, that's ok. Next year you'll show 'em. Not a bad year, though. Castle walkthrough re-opened, Pixie Hollow, Mr. Lincoln due back soon. If only that darn dragon hadn't gotten its neck out of joint. Dragons, sheesh. There's just no telling them what to do. Well, have a happy day. As always, don't overdo the cupcakes, and, especially at night, watch out for flying elephant poop.

It's also Art Linkletter's and Phyllis Diller's birthday, today. Maybe they'll be at the park.

What an honor for a legend. Was this the surprise you were referring to on Facebook, Cindy?

I'm hoping Cindy's referring to the Marty Sklar tribute, and not the "Rise in sexual incidents at Florida water parks."

I was there. I left about 4:00. I couldn't take the heat and crowds. (Yeah, I'm a wimp!)

We got there (well to DtD anyway) at about 6:30 for dinner at Catal. Then we went over to Disneyland, did some shopping, and staked out a spot for the fireworks. It was a nice night as it cooled off quite well. And we got a run through the back side of Main Street on the way out!

Great pics, Keith! The pool party was tons of fun, and I'd forgotten about the pre-road trip drinks back at the room!
Very special shout-out and big thank you to KB and Susan, who graciously held primo Fantasmic viewing spots and gave them to us out-of-towners when things got too tight for all to fit. We were close enough to see the codpieces of the men on the boats.:D
