Yeah, that's the class I'm taking.
I really didn't know what I was signing up for, other than it was a prereq for transferring to CSULB in Business. OY!
On a side note... this is the weirdest class. This is my 2nd half-hour break in 2 hours... Which is fine by me.. I'm nearly a zombie right now. But WTF? I hope they don't keep me here until 10:30PM for all these retarded breaks. I know that it won't be like this every class.
Anyhow, any tips, information, or whatever about Visual Basic? Because I am bored right now, and talking about it here might just make it more interesting.

How about you raise your hand, show them the LoT and tell your professor that you spent your last half hour break reprogramming these boards using nothing but Visual Basic....then run.

Now I'm trying to buy my book online. I'm trying to figure out if I can go pick up one of my books at Barnes & Noble, because I really don't want to have to buy the quite unnecessary bundle at the OCC Bookstore, and the other stuff is going to take 1-2 weeks to ship, and I took an early project & need the book pronto! (And hopefully on the cheap)
:)
Any hip ideas?
The book I need is Discovering Computers 2005; ISDN: 0-619-25525-0

Forget the book, book a hotel room for Coachella online instead, they're going fast. The Motel 6 in East Palm Springs still has rooms for a pretty good rate, and it's a block away from NA and €'s hotel.

Thinking of revealing my inner geek to guy across the way who also plays World of Warcraft. He's on the msg boards for WoW... Hmmm... Or perhaps I'll hold it in reserve. After all, I have 15 more weeks of this.

True nuff...
I never asked him last week. I could save it for another week or two. I figure it would be most appropriate until I wait for him to log into the site again.
So here I am again. Another boring night. Another long boring night. Oh what joy!
I've topped myself off with about an hour or two's worth of coffee. Perhaps I'll fare better than last week. I was loopy as hell by the end of class. Today's class seems like it might actually be more boring. Last week was at least peppered with the confusion of getting everything started. So far, it's been all review, and preparation to write more crappy programming with VBA.
Heaven help me.
