Humm...
It's time for the Worldcon in Anaheim and I'm still a bit on the fence about coming. I really want to come but I just got back from a long family vacation.
However the convention is right across the street from DLR and they are offering cut rate admission and Disney is still doing remember and I would really like to see the second half of that show not to mention the updates to PoTC and HM and all the Worldcon fun.
So hows about it? Anyone want to join me at "the spot" at "the time" on either Friday or Saturday (Friday being my fist choice)? I'll bring the ground cover and stake out the spot early as the masters have taught me.

I would be thrilled to see you again Moonie. Friday, I would not be able to make it until after work, which usually means I would be at the park no sooner than 7:00 or so. Saturday, I am not sure of my plans yet, but they should be wide open (Susan is visiting her sister out of state).

BTD and Kevy for Friday. Check.
MiniMeet at WorldCon, sounds like a plan.
Now my only problem is if I can still make it. We just found out that my wife might need to be in Texas (why does that state keep popping up?) for a case that week. If that happens I'll have to be the one staying home to get the kids ready for their first day of school. I'll keep you posted.

The 26th is my lovely wife's birthday. I would love nothing more than to take her to DL on her birthda, but something tells me that isn't going to happen.

We're hitting a wedding in LA that weekend along with various prior parties. The whole weekend is spoken for. Have fun though!

Hubby is really sick, so we're cancelling all weekend plans (including his WorldCon appearance). Have fun anyone who goes!

So Moonliner isn't going tonight, is anyone else?
After the 100+ hours I've worked over the last 2 weeks I should probably go home but an evening at DL sounds fun.
OK, I will be there with another friend. But if anyone else is going we'll probably meet up.

I was there last night with some friends. Remember was stopped right before the white flag was shown during the pirate battle. Can't figure out why. There did not appear to be any high altitude wind.

I THOUGHT the fireworks seemed a bit abbreviated! We were coming out of ESPN Zone with RadioBarry when the fireworks were going off, and I remember thinking that more should come and they never did.
