I can't find 30 Rock in my TiVO listings. Am I just TiVO challenged or is it not there? I looked under 30 and Thirty. Nothing :(

TiVo only displays the channels you tell it to. While I am too lazy to go look on mine, under settings, you will find something about channels. You will have to go there to make sure that the channel is active.
The better place to start is with your cable or satellite provider's listing. Once you know which channel you are looking for, it will make finding it on your TiVo a simpler process.

Thanks KB. 30 Rock is on NBC, which is active. I'm wondering if it's not listed yet, but it starts in a week.

Oh. I thought 30 Rock was a channel.
Check to see when you have programming through on your TiVo. If it has been a while since your last successful connection, it may not have it listed yet. Every once in a while, our TiVo gets hung up trying to connect to our wireless router and I have to give it an electronic kick in the fanny.
30 Rock doesn't debut until October 11th (http://www.nbc.com/NBC_First_Look/shows/30_rock/). Perhaps you are confusing Tina Fey's SNL-based sitcom for Aaron Sorkin's SNL-based drama (also on NBC), Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip.
The latter debuts this week (September 18 (http://www.nbc.com/NBC_First_Look/shows/studio_60/index.shtml#main)).

Thanks Alex. For some reason I thought it started sooner than that. I already have Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip programmed. That show looks amazing and is the only show I am having hopes for. I'm giggling now because of the commercial where Tracy Morgan confuses the two shoes.

I had the two shows confused, as well. I watched most of Studio 60 thinking that it was the Tina Fey show, and was mightily impressed. Once I realized it was the Sorkin show, I was still impressed... but less surprised. Hopefully, this show will last all season - I'm getting worried about Vanished.
