I didn't know it had gotten an extended name. Do you think maybe it'll come back as "Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln: Curse of the Ford Theatre?"

Whew. Can't get rid of ol' Abe. I feel better. It's always sad when an old attraction goes. At least we have solice in knowing it will be back.

Does anyone else find it strange that Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln will be closing ON President's Day?

Man, Disneyland's running out of nice places to nap...

Hmm...didn't the Rocket Rods have a sign on them promising that they would return? And wasn't it promised that Light Magic wasn't going away forever, it was simply on hiatus?
Granted, those were both things that few people actually wanted to return...but still, it wouldn't be a bad idea for everyone to remind Disney every once and a while to stick to their promise.

I'm glad ol' Abe is coming back, but I hope they ditch the binaural sound!
Welcome back Abe. (In my creepiest old president voice) You must live.

Please let them bring back Old Abe and not New Telepathic Abe.

I like the haircut (and all the other cool audio) on the current rendition. I start getting frisky every time Anthonh blows in my ear. :p

Um, do we need to ask the castmembers for wipes for the seats in addition to the headphones?

Good points, Polar 33. I guess we'll see after the 50th celebration. :)

Opening odds in Vegas on the return of Abe after the 50th are slim and get the hell out of my office.
I remain hopeful.

I'm glad it will be back, but I think I prefer the old version to the new one.

Um, do we need to ask the castmembers for wipes for the seats in addition to the headphones?Yes, if we were required to rub our faces into them. I wonder how much hair gel and perfume has been passed on, not to mention oil from dirty hair and earwax. :(

Good. Because that non-ride is really quite the ride. One of the most homoerotic experiences of my life! Breathy manly whispers in my ear! I feel like a tough young soldier and the guy cutting my hair totally wants to make it with me - YES!
Mmmmm, Great Moments. Mmmmm.

I guess all they could get sponsorship wise was the Pvssycat Theatre.
