Oh my. If that had even begun to catch on, every smartass kid in the world would have been false-alarm 'honk"-ing within days, and the whole point of the sytem would have been moot. As it is, this is the first I've ever heard of it. (And I was just the right age during the Seventies to have been shown this silly thing.) Hilarious.
