Ok, so you still have to pay for it....but I just heard of a cheaper way to do it!

It's called Bag, Borrow or Steal (http://www.bagborroworsteal.com/index.cfm) . I just heard it on the radio. They were describing it as the perfect Valentine's Day present. How much you pay monthly determines the price level of your purses. Isn't it great?? :snap:

How did I miss this Thread?? Alisa, I love it when you post! :) Especially about LV's! :snap:

Have you seen the newest Louis Vuitton?? The cherry motif? absolutely darling! And it's the old fashioned silver clasp (that resembles twin cherries) that really knocks my socks off! There is a picture in Us Weekly, I believe. Carmen Electra is holding it. Lucky lady! :) :snap:

Hey I saw that on channel 9 news.... I would love to do it but damn sometimes I have trouble returning a library book much less making my lazy self send out EVERY week for a new bag. (just because I just know I would be fickle and want a new bag every week though.....)

Oh that is so cool! I know that I too would have issues with sending out for a new bag, but still a very cool idea.

I'm resurrecting this thread because I got a free promo for BBS and went for it. I actually had signed up a while ago but didn't do anything about it. I decided I needed a fashionable laptop bag so I am having a Lime colored Tumi Bag sent to me to see how I like it. For this purpose, BBS is a great solution. Laptop carriers are something you almost have to try out first before you commit to one, so I'm excited.

Here's the bag:

I hope that's big enough for your power cord, too! It looks like it might be JUST big enough for the computer itself, so you'd have to have the power cord in another bag (assuming you're using the laptop where you'd have to recharge it while away from home.)

Yeah, that's a concern. The laptop is a Dell Inspirion 700m and is a smaller size so I would hope that allows for wiggle room. I also carry a wireless mouse with me since I'm still not fast with the little pad thingie. We'll see how it goes. I love the fact that I can try it out though!

Most assuredly beats the method I used to buy my last 'briefcase' (Eddie Bauer book bag) - I brought large binders of 'stuff' from the office into the store to see if they would fit.
