Last Saturday I was at DCA with my older daughter and got picked to do some Market research. I got a camera to take pictures and talk about them afterward.

It was pretty cool and I wrote up a Trip Report on the whole experience.

What a lucky duck, to be able to tell a Disney staff member right to their face how things could have been improved. And you did an admirable job of that. Thanks for speaking for all of us!

Nice report! Glad you were able to positively contribute to the process. It's encouraging to hear that they are trying to listen and improve things.
