I'm bored at work and was checking the news and found this (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20061122/ap_on_en_mo/film_christmas_story_house) story about the house used in A Christmas Story. Who knew they guy also made the lamps (http://www.redriderleglamps.com)?

Loved the movie, but I don't think for me the appeal of the charming house would get me to move to Cleveland from San Diego! :D

I saw a full-size leg lamp at Rite-Aid for $20! Before that I only saw them online for $100 or more!! Of course the quality may vary.....:rolleyes:
