Rose has done it again - this time she's brought home a hamster, and it is named "Beauty Queen" (I don't do the animal naming around here, just the computers).

We have 3 cats, a hamster, and each other - we occasionally get trial runs with other critters.

Dang. I'm looking for someone who has more than Ken and me so I can keep adding to our household. ;)3 cats and 12 Bearded Dragons. With five of them in the ravenous juvenile stage, were going through about 700 crickets per week :o
I would love to have a pet spider. The reptile store that we get our dragon food from carries Mexican Tarantulas (at least I think that is what they are called). When they "shed" they actually crawl out of their own skin, leaving behind what looks like another tarantula just standing there.

Dog, hamster, corn snake, tarantula.
When they "shed" they actually crawl out of their own skin, leaving behind what looks like another tarantula just standing there.Ours did this just last month. It's the fifth time she's done it since we've had her - she does it on average of once every two years - and it never ceases to be totally awesome.
