I'm In Wholefood Heaven !!

At last !! My local Hornsby Westfield centre has a Macro Wholefoods Market (http://www.macrowholefoods.com.au/home.html)finally !!

I can buy real food at last !

I bought patties for dinner made from organic brown rice & vegetables, produced by These People (http://www.syndian.com.au/)- they are divine and yummy and vegetarian !!!

I also got kombu & bonito flakes to make my dashi broth with.

I regularly shop at Wild Oats, which is similar. Not only have I felt better, but the food is beyond yummy too!
