Ok, so I have a package that FedEx is supposed to deliver to me. They came on Wednesday and I wasn't home, so they left the slip. Same thing yesterday. Today, however, I was home ALL day, and was actually sitting around WAITING for the package to come. They must not have knocked or something, however, because I found a "This was our Final Attempt and you weren't home" tag in my mailbox.

So now what do I do? I assume I'm supposed to go pick it up, but I can't find out where I am supposed to go. I've called and searched the net but NO WHERE does it say what I'm supposed to do. I tried getting ahold of a human on the phone but I was on hold for like a half hour before I hung up.

Any ideas?

I had a door tag last week, and it had the address of the fedex place on it. (Of course, it was way back in this warren of an office complex, in a barely marked building, so it was barely any help.) Also, The doortag had a tracking number (DTsomethingsomething) that I could enter into the online track package thingy.

Mine doesn't have an address on it anywhere. It doesn't even have instructions on what to do. I have a doortag number too, but putting it in online just says that my package had a failed delivery three times.

Call 800 GOFEDEX and when you get all the voice prompts (which by the way never recognize my voice) just push "0" and you should get a real person. From the tracking number on the tag they left they should be able to tell you were your package is and how to claim it.

Call 800 GOFEDEX

I have a scheduled delivery as well but I'd put the wrong zip on the ship to address. called the number, the guy on the other end was helpful and fast and in theory corrected the issue. guess I'll find out today.

Isn't FedEx awful like that. I mean, look at what he did...he destroyed Britney's career, and she'll never recover...

...oh...you mean the delivery service, and not the has-been...oh, sorry...my mistake. ;)

I'd take everyone else's advice though and try the 800 number.
