Hello all.

Last time we were in the USA (2002) we got the best lights for our tree. We even bought a 110v transformer so we could use them each year (you may remember we get awful semtimental over the lights you all call C7's)

To our horror this year while assembling the tree, the candle-flicker lights have been failing, one by one, and now we only have a couple left.

Here is the bulb I mean (the orange C7 bulb is for size comparison):

Can anyone buy us about 30 of these bulbs (I think they come in packs of 5 or so) - I think they were about US$5.00 per pack when we were there.

When we get over there in March/April we will happily reimburse you for them, but we want to do this now, because we don't think anyone will have them for sale come March.

Any volunteers ? (reply or PM me)

Many desperate thanks,
Rob (& Greg)

I'll keep an eye out for these. I'll let you know if I find any.

If I see any, I'll pick some up.

(no promises ... I generally avoid stores like the plague at Xmastime)

Here they are (http://www.bettyschristmashouse.com/lights/classic.htm) for ~ $0.75 each. If anyone wants to PM me a CA mailing address I'll be happy to get them on their way....

Are those the same? I don't see any that look quite like what Lash has there.

But if they are not, I'm sure you should be able to find some online at some point. The physical barrier of continents no longer devide us, you know?:D

Problem is, most online stores won't ship overseas. :( Moonliner sounds like he has a great solution - We'll order them online and pay for them, and get them delivered to a volunteers house. :D

Now who can we ship them to in the Anaheim Area ???

You can ship them here if you'd like.
