CP and I have been posting a few strips from a strip that she found recently ( xkcd (http://www.xkcd.com) ).

Some of them are geeky. I mean, reeeaaally geeky. If you're favorite character in Fox Trot is Jason, you'll love this strip. Some examples...

Blown Apart (http://xkcd.com/c5.html)
Kepler (http://xkcd.com/c21.html)
Science (http://xkcd.com/c54.html)
Fourier (http://xkcd.com/c26.html)

Of course, they're not all geeky...Want (http://xkcd.com/c49.html)

Fourier (http://xkcd.com/c26.html)

This one was great. Who would have thought you could get a joke with a Fourier transform?

For the most part I get them. I just don't find them funny.

See, particularly, the Kepler one.

I don't know if I'd say I find that one funny per-se, but I can't help but appreciate the length he went to for the punchline.

Then 90's flowchart which I posted elsewhere, on the other hand...hillarity.

I have been a fan of xkcd for a while. This is one of my favorites (http://www.xkcd.com/386).
http://www.penny-arcade.com. And http://www.dieselsweeties.com are a couple other good ones.

Honesty requires me to follow up on my first post up above. xkcd has grown on me over time. I still find it mostly miss but the hits more than make up for it.

And, for anybody who doesn't know, make sure to hover your mouse over each comic as he continues the humor into the alt attribute.

Some of the math geek or super geek stuff is a bit over my head, but I have a feeling I'm going to love this comic as I delve deeper into it.

Wow, he actually provides the image address "for hotlinking". That's pretty cool.

Here's a funny one: (nsfw-language)
