Okay, I know it's a bit early, but it appears that we (my sis, nephew, Tori and myself) are spending Easter at DL. What sorts of things do they have going on, and any possibility of a Easter meet- for either breakfast or lunch?

oooh, I wonder if Jazz Kitchen does an Easter brunch.

I don't know why I associate Easter with New Orleans. Maybe I saw JFK too many times.

Are you going to be Lupe again?

I should be able to be there. Sunday brunch at the Jazz Kitchen (if they have one) sounds delish.

That sounds great. Believe it or not, I have never eaten at the Jazz Kitchen! Is Zapp gonna dress up like a giant Easter bunny?;)

It seems to me that they have had an easter egg hunt for the kids at Easter inside the park in the past. I don't know if they will still be doing that or not.

So, MF pointed out to Lash that his is the only meet on the calender, which made me wonder if we should consider this an Easter meet and post it? I'm fine with a casual meet or a more official-type one. (I.E. a calenderized* meet).

*Yes, I made that word up. Firefox is trying to get me to correct it, but I refuse!

(We'll be at the Park for nearly a week, so we are flexible on meet-up dates as well.)

Okay, serial poster, I know...but, I just noticed that a certain UnAfraid person's b-day is the day after Easter, which would make an Easter Meet all the more special. Knowing said person might have other plans for her Swankday, I'd really like to set up something of a b-day gathering for her while we're there.

I tried that already and I hope you have better luck than I! The answer I got, which paraphrases Bogart in Casablanca "I never make plans that far ahead"

Actually, she had no idea. I'm just hoping I get to stretch my visit so I can meet WB and the infamous Tori.:D

Well, we fly home on your b-day, so it will have to be before if we're gonna do it. What about later Easter day, after work? We could have a dinner meet.

Okay, bumping this thread up in the interest of RESERVATIONS: will they be necessary, and have we decided if/when/where they are to take place? We'll be there in less than two weeks, and while I like no plan planning, the fact that it's a really busy time at the Resort makes me a bit nervous....Nothing a cocktail at UVA won't cure, of course.
