I had caught a bit of that on television. It was closer to an hour ago, so I don't know what changes might have happened since, but they froze trading for a while. Once opened up, it slowly started sinking. So... /shrug

Dow Jones stock is currently up ~$18 from ~$36. The price being offered by Murdoch would be higher than that, even. New Corp stock is down a tick.
