Hard to say, but the czar probably wouldn't have been willing to completely throw over Poland and divvy it up with Hitler and Hitler probably wouldn't have been willing to risk starting a two front war (at the beginning) unless he had a guarantee that Russia wouldn't defend its neighbor.

Or maybe he would have. That's the joy of alternate history, you can pretty much pick the answer that works best for the destination.
