And here are the commandments, in case you don't have the time...

The "Drivers' Ten Commandments," as listed by the document, are:

1. You shall not kill.

2. The road shall be for you a means of communion between people and not of mortal harm.

3. Courtesy, uprightness and prudence will help you deal with unforeseen events.

4. Be charitable and help your neighbor in need, especially victims of accidents.

5. Cars shall not be for you an expression of power and domination, and an occasion of sin.

6. Charitably convince the young and not so young not to drive when they are not in a fitting condition to do so.

7. Support the families of accident victims.

8. Bring guilty motorists and their victims together, at the appropriate time, so that they can undergo the liberating experience of forgiveness.

9. On the road, protect the more vulnerable party.

10. Feel responsible toward others.

I think I need to really work on my driving etiquette. I spend half of my time telling my son 'Don't listen to me...don't repeat what I say...' and his reply is 'Well, obviously they are stupid.....' Yikes!!!

40 lashes to me with that wet noodle!!

You are not alone. Last week my son and I were driving home and I let out a few choice words, I had to apologize too. He said it was ok because at least we avoided the accident the dummy was trying to cause, I had to laugh and agree.

Unfortunately, it happens every time I am driving him to school....even worse are the adults who share his campus...how many times have I commented how much they really need to be going to school....

And, it doesn't help how stupid they are...only enforces that my comments are okay...

Hee hee Prudence....:D

Hmmm...I thought she'd be more of the 'persuader' type....

Or perhaps a 'Buddha'. I knew a guy named Buddha back in the day. Used to go to him for counseling...

I have to wonder what other types of things are Prudences' specialties? ;)
