Hey-- just checking in to see if we've heard anything new about the DLH. I was there the 17th - the 19th and things just seemed a little scattered and a tiny bit shoddy. Are they just sort of letting things coast I wonder until the redesign? I still love the place so much, but I noticed things like notices on postings boards that were hanging out of frames and a really nasty smell behind the waterfall that I will thankfully not describe in detail here (let's just say I believe nature called a guest whilst behind said waterfall:rolleyes: )

All i know, the Boneta waterfalls were off for most of my stay...

I would guess if they referbish and redo the towers, they would do the other towers first, since according to the bellman we had the Boneta is the most standard with nearly every room the same dimensions and having a day bed (quite comfy I should add)

But i have not herd anything about the referb since Al said it last...

Hopefully they were cleaning behind them and getting rid of the smell.

I remember reading they were working on the electrical components since the LED lights changed the voltage the wires were used to... thus causing problems.

I wish they were on when I was there so I could experience them though, because i already missed fantasy waters and don't want to miss this too.

oh well maybe next may.
