Des Moines bill collector, Justin Says, who shined in his job as a jag off, was fired when it was revealed Mr. Saiz was doing exactly what he was hired to do. “We’re shocked,” said his former employer. “We never intended him (Saiz) to take company policy as gospel.”

Saiz, who was hired by the CBE Group never to show any basic human qualities, such as compassion & kindness, was shocked when he learned that he was being let go for doing exactly as he was instructed.

A spokesman for the CBE Group stated that, "By doing exactly as he was hired to do, (Saiz) has damaged the company's reputation and that of its clients. (Furthermore) We simply will not tolerate our employees getting caught doing their job per the employee manual.” The spokesman then reportedly disappeared in a cloud of red smoke and fire.

Mr. Saiz, whose negative behaviour had resulted in a promotion to a supervisory position with CBE Group, and, a demotion in his status as a human being, had no comment. Sources do say that he is in apparent talks with the city of Des Moines for a job as a parking Meter Attendant.

- Saiz told a man who owed a creditor $1,804, "You are not a wealthy man ... You are screwed with this $1,804."

- At one point, Saiz began mocking the man, saying, "You sound like Goofy: yucka, yucka, yucka." Saiz then told the man to "stop flapping your gums."

- During another call, Saiz told the debtor, "All bets are off ... It's our way or no way ... You get it?"

- Saiz instructed one man to go get a pen and paper to write down some information. The man complied, and Saiz then said: "All right, listen very, very carefully. I need you to pay attention here." Saiz paused, shouted "Get off my phone, debtor," and slammed down the phone.
