The night started nice enough, the LM and I were playing Mario Kart when He got home from work. He took a shower. We headed for Chuys. After I had 2 1/2 pitchers of tasty beverage and he had 4 beers we came home. He cornered me for lovies. He went to bathroom, I sat down with the LM. The LM and I began to play Mario Kart. He got pissy and went to bed. It is now 10pm and the LM is 2 hours past his bedtime, and I lost an hour. Oh well, I didn't want to give Him lovies anyways!

Yes he is (especially since he beat me in every race)! Now if I could just get his hyper butt to bed!

It sounds like a good night to me, if only you can get him to stay in bed. Then you can have a little mom time with no boys!
Sometimes I start playing with my boy and completely lose track of time, but we have lots of fun and he usually wins!

Every so often one needs to let them know who's in charge. Or as my husband says -- she who controls the <bleep> wins.

He went night night at 10:30 under protest.
I have mommy time every night. Hubby goes to bed @ 7:30, the LM by 8-8:30 (except Thursday-Survivor). I don't get to bed before 11:30.
I told him to sleep in tomorrow (hubby is working). I expect to have rats in my bed by 8am.

Mommy time is nice, I don't get it very often so I cherish it!
I had a rat in my bed this morning too! LOL

My prediction came true. At 8:15 I had a little black & white rodent trying to wake me up. The LM took the rats out this morning when he got up and he didn't clos my bedroom door. She is a funny little rat. She was bugged because I didn't want to pet her. After her bugging me every 5 mins (as she jumped on & off the bed) I hollered for the LM. He came in and got her...he tried to leave Sniff in her place. I told him to take both of the girls out of my room and let me sleep. He complied, sort of. No more rats, but he kept coming in to ask if he could play, if the other Monkeys could come in, ect...

I don't remember when getting married the wife gave up the right to her own body. Too many men don't understand no.

Hmm. So you get drunk, play games with your son instead of having sex, and then feel victorious when your husband goes to bed pissed off?
What a feel-good story.
I don't think a lot of guys realize that before children are born, they are number one. When the kid comes along, they fall below the cat in priority. If you don't understand that, you are going to bed pissed off a lot.

Yep!!! Ok, not victorious exactly...
It's just that he gets soooo pissy about it that it becomes a battle. He is jealous of the time I spend with his son. Our fights are only about sex. He could get "it" 3xs a day, 7 days a week and still say he isn't gettng "it" enough.
