I know you got 'em. Maybe you've found some new ones since we last posted about this long, long ago..
Maybe some are guiltier than others. Maybe some aren't so guilty at all. Maybe your'e just too embarrassed. Don't be- I've got lots!
*Celebrity magazines
Us, Star, Life & Style, In Touch, OK , I was even hooked on Hello for awhile-the british tabloid. I ♥ "new magazine Thursday" at the newsstand.
*The Simpsons, Friends and Sex & The City DVD collection.
In fact, I'm addicted to television. Too many collections to mention!
*Frozen yogurt & ice cream
I am hooked on Pinkberry. I also love Golden Spoon. Sometimes, I just throw in the towel and go straight for gut-busting Maggie Moo's.
*Ballpark/themepark nachos & hotdogs
*Mexican food
Don Cuco's, we love thee.
*Cocktails with your girlfriends in your jammies at home
I haven't done that in umpteen ages! Mainly because I rarely indulge in a cocktail. And mainly because my girlfriends are just too busy these days.
*My Disneyland 50th Anniversary CD.
I feel like the village goober everytime I turn that sucker up, and sing along to Pirates or Splash Mountain and pretend I'm at Disneyland while driving.
*Teenybopper television shows and movies
I'm mesmerized by Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County & The Hills. I love watching highschool drama and dating dilemmas. I also love Beverly Hills 90210 for this reason. I've seen every Saved By The Bell both highschool & college years.
*Pop music
I'm coming clean. I love Britney Spears and Hilary Duff.
*Twilight Zone or Quantum Leap marathons on the Sci-Fi channel.
*Staying in jammies all day on a lazy weekend day, ordering pizza & eating it in bed while reading those trashy celeb mags & watching football
Boy, I'm a lazy-ass. All my guilty pleasures involve me never leaving my bedroom! Come NFL season, I'm glued to the TV all day Sunday & Monday night.
*The E channel
These are just the tip of the iceberg. I bet I can think of some that will just reduce me to this --> Even more so.

Oh wow..... A ton that I havent done in ages, and others I live daily
My Disney Playlists on my iPod.
If I am in the foulest mood ever, and I can get away with it, on goes America Signs, or the Esplanade music, or any other Disney thing in the playlist. The i'd rather be here than there thing.
Ice Cream
I shouldnt have any. I have to take a tape measure to my hips, I dont need anymore.
Law & Order Marathons
Followed only slightly by Ugly Betty, M*A*S*H, and Twilight Zone marathons. Yes, I know most of them by heart. Does that stop me? oh hell no.
Old Children's Books
Things I have owned since I was ten, I'll read them over and over.
Now, I do have two romance novels I will read over and over again too.
A Few Select Chick Flicks...
The whole wow... that is sooo cool. I wish someone would say that to me. I cant reveal my films, I dont want people taking notes. ;)
Candy scented lotion.
Preferably it tastes good too.
Crawling back into bed, after a shower, in the buff
Cotton Candy
I have a few more that would reduce me to this face ->
so we'll just leave those where they are.
oh, I have another I can post.
I have a guilty pleasure for lack of a better word. I like silk. I would love to own something silk for the bedroom.
Why do I say it that way? I used to own a silk nighty/slip dress when I was skinny. Loved it.
Have never seen one that would fit my now larger personality. but I loved the feeling of silk against skin.

Sweet soul guilty pleasure sister, I hear you!! I share most of your guilty pleasures, too! :snap:
I love L&O marathons. It doesn't matter that I've seen each one a squillion times. The beauty of L&O is you often can't quite remember the ending & you find yourself guessing again....
Cotton candy is sugar heaven! And candy-scented lotions? I'm addicted. I have a cabinet in my bathroom stuffed full of scented lotions. The more I smell or taste like a cake or pie or some kind of dessert, the happier I am! :)
Without revealing your chick flick pics (because maybe you've seen this), might I suggest Catch & Release? It just came out not too long ago on DVD. Humina moments spent with Timothy Olyphant... ;)

Wow my list could be endless-
Trashy Celeb Mags - I've had a subcription to People for a good 15 years. I'm too lazy to go to the newstand Alley. Friday nights are People reading in the tubbie nights.
Embarassing Musical Selections - I own a lot of Rick Springfield CD's. Then there's the Lizzie Maguire Movie Soundtrack. And the Freaky Friday Soundtrack. Maroon 5, The Click Five I'll claim those are Maddy's but they're mine.
Chick Flix - Sweet Home Alabama, The Notebook, Four Weddings and a Funeral, there are more.
Home Decor - I've got my 6ft James Dean poster from High School up in my bedroom, along with an Inspiration Point sign. Corey Hart up in my closet, sunglasses and all. I've got a light up pink flamingo on my balcony along with solar tiki torches. Oh and a TAB light/clock in the bedroom.
Sunday Mornings - are for Biography Channel (Secrets of the Bible and Americas Castles) and History International. Plus reading all the store ads from the newspaper.
Questionable Food Selections - I love the onions rings at Burger King. Mexican Pizza from Taco Bell is my favorite breakfast. My fridge always contains at least one can of TAB.
Reading - I love Louise Rennison. Her Georgia Nicholson series keeps me entertained and I wait for each new release. I'm currently on "Love is a many Trousered Thing". I also like reading my Trixie Beldon books.
As Maddy has pointed out more than once "Mom, you are an embarassment to nature."

Hostess Orange Cupcakes
Large bag of Doritos bought at a gas station to get through a long car trip.
Boxing and pro wrestling
Staying up late to watch Ultimate Fighting Hold-em on ESPN.
Real estate tv shows - "House Hunters", "What You Get for the Money", like that. I even talk to the tv during real estate shows, that's how guilty this particular pleasure is.
Moon Pies - how I love their marshmallow-y, "chocolate"-y, graham cracker-y goodness. Yeah, a mouth full of Moon Pie and talking to the tv during "What You Get for the Money" - that's guilty, baby.
Lounge of Tomorrow - I'll probably never meet most of you in person, although I'd like to. I never, ever talk about you to people IRL.

This strikes me as funny, because I talk about the LoT people, even you 3894, IRL a LOT.

Honestly, I hardly consider the LoT online friends. (Since I see so many of you so often in life.) I'm spoiled being located near the epicenter, though. (Sorry, bitter-east-costers and midwesterners.)
My guilty pleasure? The gofugyourself blog. Breakfast sandwiches at any time of day. Napoleon pastries. Veggie Tales. And occasionally-- meat.

I love Veggie Tales! I'm so glad my son,10, will still watch them with me.
Picking more fruit than I need all summer long. Then making stuff and giving it away before the husband notices. I make stuff for us too, especially jams and pies but Gary is not a fruit eater so he gets annoyed. Hence why I make things to give away also.

Heehee..the "online friends" dealie. I struggle with this one, too, but not nearly as much as I used too. I can completely relate to the feelings shared by 3894, Ponine & LSPE. When I talk to my boyfriend or any of my "real life peeps" (i.e. people I see on an almost daily or weekly basis) I will refer to anybody that posts on the LoT by their real first name (if I know it) and will, for example, say "Oh, my friend (insert name) told me about you know, this or that".
Why I feel funny saying that is that I probably annoy most people here and I'm calling them "friend" when, you know, they think I'm the suckiest thing to ever suck. Hee hee! :p Plus, my boyfriend has never belonged to a message board. However, he knows that I enjoy posting on one. It took me awhile before I admitted that I was hooked!
Can somebody be our friend if we don't know their first name or have never met them in person? I never would have thought so until I joined a message board, but, you know, pen pals existed long before the online dealie. The internet has become the tool I never dreamt it would become in my life. To be honest, I've met so many incredible people that I would be empty and lost without thanks to online communities (I know I sound shmaltzy, but it's true!)
I used to be the person who was TERRIFIED of online communities. Coming from an all Law Enforcement family, I've been trained non-stop, even as an adult, to not trust just about anybody. I needed to have my arm twisted to put up a myspace page! It took me a long time to join the Pad. Forget Messenger- I just suck at using that thing. These days, I'm not online nearly as often as I used to be, but I still need that dose of LoT to keep me all happy & balanced. :)
Even if you all think my screenname should be changed to "The Suckiest Thing That Ever Sucked". :p

I read HP fan fiction. Honestly, of all my pleasures, that's the only guilty one in that it's the only one I'm embarrassed about and don't always cop to.

RStar~ Trust me, it's better that you don't know what I'm into these days. That's a whole other guilty Thread...
(I kid, of course. I think. Maybe. Okay, a little. A lot. Let's not go there)! :p
My boyfriend surpised me at my office today with one of my gultiest pleasures, Pinkberry!! An original topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries & fruity Pebbles! I haven't felt well, so I'm just now havin' a bite! I'm diggin' in as soon as I log off after this post, lock up my office and head out! :)
One more guilty pleasure before I say farewell for now...
*My Boys
Does anybody else here watch what is my newest, most "favoritist" show? A little bit Friends, a little bit Sex & The City, a whole lotta fun! I ♥ that show!!! PJ is just the coolest. :) :snap:

I have to agree with you there. Except Oregon just switched to self extinguishing cigarettes and they taste awful. Gary and I were contemplating quitting. Maybe you should get some of them too, they make you want to quit! Of course now Gary just brings them back from Vegas but when this job is done who knows!

Trash Mags The most sinful of all my guilty pleasures. US weekly, InTouch, Life & Style... and the newest member of my family... OK magazine.
Teen Novels It's nothing insightful like Speak, Cut or Perks of Being a Wallflower... but trashy serials like The A-List or Gossip Girl. It's sad being caught reading that crap.
Dog the Bounty Hunter The man has a mullet. His son has a mullet. His wife has big BIG bazooms. He's got mucho children. It's good times.

Hmm, I really have to think about my guilty pleasures...
They'd definitely have to be the occasional cheesy show, like Scott Baio is 45 and Single and The Two Coreys. That doesn't go beyond this thread. I love Dog the Bounty Hunter, and no, I don't think it's something I should feel guilty about. :)
Oh, and Star Trek.
And Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel. Depending on my schedule and how early I wake up, I watch one or the other or both. It never got old.
The occasional cigarette. I'll admit it, I still smoke, though not very much. Most days, it's just one or two - others more, and sometimes I don't smoke at all. It really depends, but like I said, it's just one or two most of the time, and not having to tell myself no is really great. Really, it was when I stopped feeling guilty that I stopped smoking so much.
Twice-annual SpaghettiOs. Yeah... I'm reminded each time that it's reminiscent of vomit, but I do it... I'm roaming the grocery store and like a moth to the flame, I grab the can. The moment I get home, I open the can, heat it up, and get about halfway through before I'm done for the next 6-8 months.
I'll have to think of other stuff.

*Sniffle* And I thought I was special. :(
;) :p
Erica~ I'm a Buffy & Angel freak! I never, ever get the chance to see it on TV (mainly because I begin work super early in the A.M.)! I have all of the Buffy's on DVD and only 3 of 5 Seasons of Angel. I must admit, the Buffy season that I reach for most is when she finally slept with Spike. I can watch that disc again & again & again..
I also love Charmed! I haven't collected all of them yet, but I'd love to! I loved Shannen Doherty on that show!! Shannen is my guilty pleasure. Brenda Walsh & Pru Halliwell, we love thee.
And as for Spaghetti-O's? Don't feel at all bad. I love 'em with sliced franks. Meatballs. And the coup de gras? I love 'em cold right out of the can. :)

Oh my! So many!
Musical: Musicals, any old musical, I love em. 1970s pop ELO, Boston, egads any number of 1970s bands. It's embarassing, really.
TV: Project Runway and some of the design shows on BBC and HGTV. Rome on HBO (nothing to be guilty over, except maybe all those hunky men running around in Roman armor, or not) Yes, I love Dog the Bounty Hunter, too.
Food: hot dogs and dim sum (not together of course)
Movies: weepers, I love me a good weepy chick flick, from the 1930s on up to Bridget Jones, give me a box of kleenex and let me go to town. The summers of 77-78, I admit it, I loved both Grease and Animal House and saw them both repeatedly. 1967 Casino Royale, so many good hands in this movie and it was a total mess, one of my favorites and one of the best soundtracks out there, Herb Alpert, c'mon and Dusty Springfield.

Here's to the beauty of only, like, the best musical ever..
*Xanadu
I love Xanadu. The music! the roller skating! I love Olivia Newton-John. When I was a little girl, she was just my favorite. I admit, I have her Best Of CD in my car right now. I pump Xanadu & sing along all merrily! It's just the best. I also sing along to Physical & think, "I loved this song as a little girl and really had no idea what it meant at the time." Here's to innocent youth!

Okay. I was not going to fess up to this one, but I love the so bad it's so good Xanadu. Disco roller skating, Gene Kelly and some venerable old LA that is no longer there. You do know that it is about to premiere on Broadway, as a new musical, don't you?

Snowflake~ This just gets better & better, because as soon as you mentioned that you, too, are a Xanadu fan (or rather, "fanadu"), and then mentioned the musical, I was able to finally have good reason to share another guilty pleasure with y'all..
Make sure your volume is cranked way up, because it's time for the Xanadu On Broadway Official Website..

How flashy & mesmerizing is the Intro? From the winged neon roller skates, to the Xanadu On Broadway- Seriously caption!

Edited to add: Becasue I'm unable to mojo you, Katiesue, this soon, I have to give you visible mojo! :snap: My favorite hairdo is in the final scene, when Kira is singing at the roller disco, with the most spectacular feathered blonde hair!

I'm usually rather open about my "guilty pleasures", which I suppose makes them less guilty. But, things others might consider weaknesses: I love Spaghettios. But only with meatballs. And both orange and plain Hostess cupcakes. And microwave popcorn - super buttery flavor. And movies involving satan and girls' schools. Or "I had sex with this really hot guy and now I'm pregnant with the antichrist".
Oh, and my guilty pleasure musical? Best Little Whorehouse in Texas.

Aww! I have to be at work by 7:30!! :( I won't get a chance to see Buffy or Angel in the morn! However, I totally relate, Erica! I used to watch Buffy on FX years ago, when working for another company, and I would often be rushing out the door late, because I just had to see certain scenes on Buffy or see the outcome of the episode (even though I've seen them before or have those epicodes on DVD!) What is up with that??
Another guilty pleasure...
*The Lifetime Movie Network Channel
Imagine a channel dedicated to every movie-of-the-week you've ever seen, starring every starlet in peril you can imagine, and you have LMN.
It's ADDICTING. My Grandma and I have dedicated whole, lazy weekend days to tuning in. Of course, I won't tune in for all of them, but you can bet it's a sure viewing thing for me if Tori Spelling is starring (especially Co-ed call Girl)! The best ones always star the entire female cast of Beverly Hills, 90210, Kellie Martin, every Charlie's Angel, Joanna Kerns, Tracey Gold, Cassidy Rae, and many other awesome actresses who have all served time in movies-of-the-week!
One of my favorites that I've seen a dozen times was just on a few weekends ago: Cassidy Rae stars as a popular High School cheerleader who falls head over heels for an older attorney. Once she finds out he's married, she tries to break it off. Naturally, he convinces her to stay because, you know, he's "going to leave his wife just for her". She believes him, and soon finds herself the victim of a vicious stalker who, you know, tries to run her off of the road and trap her in the girl's locker room sauna so she'll be steamed to death. We all believe it's his wife until, drumroll..
We find out the wife is totally aware of her husband's infidelity but still thinks he's a prize worth keeping, and..the actual stalker is her best friend & fellow cheerleader's older sister, who was dumped by him once she was no longer an underage highschool student on the squad. The film ends with the scumbag attorney attending cheerleading tryouts, scoutin' for a new recruit to take to bed. ACK. SICK. GRODY.And the best two hours EVER. ;) :p :D
