I guess it's true, you can find just about anything on the web.
For example here is the notorious BTK serial killer.

Forgive my ignorance....BTK serial killer?From a Wichita Eagle (http://www.kansas.com/mld/kansas/news/special_packages/btk/11002959.htm) story:
Police have booked Dennis Rader, 59, on 10 counts of suspicion of first-degree murder.
A man suspected of being Wichita's BTK serial killer has been arrested and is now tied to 10 killings dating to 1974, Wichita police said Saturday. Dennis Rader, 59, has been booked on 10 counts of suspicion of first-degree murder, authorities said. He is expected to be charged this week.
<snip>
The killer began sending taunting letters to police, the media and crime victims in the 1970s, when he claimed responsibility for seven killings and suggested he be called BTK for "bind them, torture them, kill them."
What a difference between the picture from the OP story and the booking photo:

Odd, I thought it was blind, torture, kill. Binding makes more sense I suppose.
